We get you setup and live with full support and show you how to manage your solution on a day to day basis.

From signing up to go-live you will have a personal contact at Skin Match Technology that will help you get set up. You can also at any time book a meeting with your personal contact to get a tour of your Account or visit the following page to navigate your Account: Navigation your Account

After go-live, we offer a limited support service of 0.5h per month that is covered by the license fee, which the Licensee can use at its discretion. The unused hours do not accumulate and must be used within the respective month.

This shall include telephone support requests during office hours, from:
Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local Swiss time; and email support requests sent to support@skin-match.com or questions@skin-match.com as well as any requests sent via our contact forms.

The support service operator shall endeavor to answer and handle email support requests as quickly as possible according to their urgency. If the operator should need more than 48 hours to answer support requests, he or she shall contact you beforehand.

Outside office hours, we can provide emergency support, under the following terms and conditions:

The Licensor shall charge an hourly rate of EURO 200.00 (exclusive of VAT).

If the emergency support is in respect of a fault for which SMT is solely or largely responsible, emergency support costs shall not be charged.
