Our Standard Solutions are billed by actual usage of the Product Finder, INCI Explainer, or Product Scanner. You can at any time decide to stop using them by uninstalling them from your website. To make sure you have successfully uninstalled all services, please contact your Skin Match Technology Representative or questions@skin-match.com to double-check.

For detailed information about the cancellation policy of all Standard solutions please review paragraph 12. Cancellation and Termination in our Terms of Service.

We may charge an Additional Fee if you have received our free setup services without installing our Services within 90 days. This Additional Fee will be equal to 6 months of the assumed monthly cost. This amount will be considered as a deposit for you to activate our Services at any time within the next 12 months.
